This is a focused session where we explore your nervous system patterns, current challenges, and your intentions for the work.

Ongoing breathwork and coaching is offered in private 4–8 week containers, with programmes starting from £1,500.

I personally review every application and will be in touch with suggested next steps if appropriate.
