London does something to your breathing. The pace, the commute, the pressure. Over time it makes your breath shorter, shallower, higher in the chest. So gradually you never notice. Until it becomes your default.

Shallow chest breathing is the quiet epidemic of modern city life. And nobody's talking about it.

When researchers at Sussex and Oxford pulled together every proper trial on breathwork, the picture was clear: less stress, less anxiety, lifted mood. Consistently, and against control groups.

Your body comes off high alert
Stress isn’t just in your head, it’s a body state, and it can be measured. Study after study shows breathwork moving people out of that state. Not “I feel a bit calmer”, but visible in heart rhythms and stress hormones.

You sleep like you used to
A body that’s stopped bracing lets you drop off faster and stay down longer. It’s usually the first change people notice.

A Stanford trial found even five minutes a day improved mood, and the benefits kept growing week on week. Each session lands on ground the last one prepared. It’s why we work over a programme, not a one-off.

Once a month, a small group comes together to breathe, connect and create space for whatever needs to move through. Guided connected breathwork, curated music, a warm and welcoming group. No experience needed. Just show up.

Most people work with me over five to ten sessions, on an agreed programme targeting the specific areas where you feel restricted: the breathing mechanics, the tension your body has been holding for years, the repeating patterns keeping you anxious, wired, unable to switch off.

Each session builds on the last, going deeper into what session one reveals. Within 48 hours of your first session you’ll receive a personal proposal outlining exactly what I recommend and why.

This isn’t a one-off treatment. It’s a process that changes something permanent.

None. If you’re pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular issues, epilepsy or severe mental health conditions, email me before booking and we’ll work out whether it’s right for you just now.
