Where to begin
Every programme starts here. 20 minutes on a video call: you take your BOLT score, we look at your breathing pattern together, and I tell you honestly whether this work is right for you, and what your programme would look like if it is.

Most people work with me over five to ten sessions, on an agreed programme targeting the specific areas where you feel restricted: the breathing mechanics, the tension your body has been holding for years, the repeating patterns keeping you anxious, wired, unable to switch off.
Each session builds on the last, going deeper into what session one reveals. Within 48 hours of your first session you’ll receive a personal proposal outlining exactly what I recommend and why.
This isn’t a one-off treatment. It’s a process that changes something permanent.
