Most people work with me over 5 to 10 sessions. Each one builds on the last - going deeper into what session one reveals. The breathing mechanics. The tension your body has been holding for years. The patterns keeping you anxious, wired, unable to switch off.
Within 48 hours of your first session I'll send a personal proposal outlining exactly what I recommend and why. Most people proceed.

Background.
After ten years in corporate real estate, I knew that feeling well, wired, switched on, never quite present. Breathwork was the first thing that actually shifted it, not just calmed it down for an hour, but changed something underneath.
