After ten years in corporate real estate, I knew that feeling well, wired, switched on, never quite present. Breathwork was the first thing that actually shifted it, not just calmed it down for an hour, but changed something underneath.
This has led to over 1,250 hours of training and experience. I now practise privately across London, using breathwork to settle the body and break through the patterns keeping you stuck, often faster than you'd expect.
