The problem
London does something to your breathing. The pace, the commute, the pressure. Over time it makes your breath shorter, shallower, higher in the chest. So gradually you never notice. Until it becomes your default.
Shallow chest breathing is the quiet epidemic of modern city life. And nobody's talking about it.
You feel tense, wired, unable to switch off. Like the city followed you home.
That's because this isn't a thinking problem. It's a body problem.
What changes
The science on breathwork has caught up with what practitioners have known for a long time. Here’s the short version.
Where to begin
A combination of breathwork and coaching, held in person on Harley Street. Bespoke packages, tailored to what you need.

Breathwork works directly on the nervous system, not around it. Sessions are built for the group in front of me, typically exec teams, and run on-site across central London.

The guide
After ten years in corporate real estate, I knew that feeling well: wired, switched on, never quite present. Breathwork was the first thing that actually shifted it. Not just calmed it down for an hour, but changed something underneath.
I now practise from The Anthony Group Practice at 15 Harley Street, and privately across London, using breathwork to settle the body and break through the patterns keeping you stuck, often faster than you'd expect.
Supported by Tess Kuramoto and Ollie Murffit, trained in FBR.
