Following your Soul Mission

When I think about running breathwork sessions, 1:1s and group sessions, I get goosebumps.

The setting; candles, music, feeling, expression, attunement, manipulation (of breathing mechanics), the shift in being of the client and myself.

There is no other place in the world, I would rather be.

It is just pure alignment. Flow state. Something I hadn’t actually experienced before Breathwork!

I am grateful I have now.

I talk a lot to my clients a lot about their “dream state,” how would they like to feel in 6-12-18 months’ time? This is extremely useful for them yet confronting.

Over the last month, I have spent more time in the dream state than I ever have done in my life… which is exactly how we should be living our days.

I think, one day, we will be just a pile of ash, which is a funny thought, so why would you live on someone else’s terms?

I believe we all have a “Soul Misson.”

Some people chose to ignore the quiet murmurs, in favour of conformity, others do not…

Most of the clients that show up to me are actually trying to find their way back to their Soul Mission – I feel quite adept at helping them do so with breathwork & a few other tricks.

I have seen a lot more shadow in client sessions of late, and also in my own  life, which has felt welcome, given the stigma (especially in London) at expressing health shadow vibes…

I have done plenty of 1:1s on Harley St and now in Stockwell too… an amazing (almost) sell out Group FBR Session at the Space, Clapham (the next one is on 13th March), working with some local legends on creating new apparel, running lots of miles with close friends getting ready for Moab 240 in October.

Spending time with some awesome people, which I feel very grateful for.

Every day there are new breadcrumbs laid out in front of me, I am enjoying just picking them up as I go – it’s a very liberating and exciting way to live.

No certainty and loads of space to explore the creative parts of me that have been itching to show themselves to the world in the last 32 years.

Thank you, God, for the blessings.

Will
