We begin with a short call and a 90-minute in-person assessment to understand how you breathe, where your body holds tension, and what your system is doing beneath the surface.
From there, we choose a 4- or 8-week programme based on what will create the most sustained change. -
The combination of hands-on breathwork and integrated coaching creates change at both levels:
