It suits those ready to break long-standing patterns, reset their breathing, and make meaningful internal shifts.
It’s not suited for people who aren’t ready to work with what arises. -
We begin with a short call and a 90-minute in-person assessment to understand how you breathe, where your body holds tension, and what your system is doing beneath the surface.
From there, we choose a 4- or 8-week programme based on what will create the most sustained change.
Each session lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on what your system needs. -
The combination of hands-on breathwork and integrated coaching creates change at both levels:

the deeper emotional and behavioural patterns shaping how you respond

These are a simple way to experience the work in a supportive setting.
We explore Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), somatic awareness, and releasing tension held in the system.
Ideal for anyone who wants to begin reconnecting with the body or get a feel for the work before a 1:1 programme.
