  • People who have tried conventional methods, still feel “off,” and want to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.


    It suits those ready to break long-standing patterns, reset their breathing, and make meaningful internal shifts.


    It’s not suited for people who aren’t ready to work with what arises.

  • We begin with a short call and a 90-minute in-person assessment to understand how you breathe, where your body holds tension, and what your system is doing beneath the surface.


    From there, we choose a 4- or 8-week programme based on what will create the most sustained change.


    Each session lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on what your system needs.

  • The combination of hands-on breathwork and integrated coaching creates change at both levels:

    • the mechanics of how you breathe

    • the deeper emotional and behavioural patterns shaping how you respond
      Working with both the body and the underlying patterns makes the shifts more stable and long-lasting.

  • A steadier breathing pattern, clearer thinking, greater energy, improved emotional resilience, softer reactions, a stronger sense of purpose, improved HRV, and a feeling of returning to themselves.

  • I’m the only practitioner in London working hands-on with the breath, bodywork, and integrated coaching to reshape your breathing pattern and the deeper wiring beneath it.


    This combination helps shift long-held patterns that talking, techniques, or mindset work often can’t access.

2. WORKSHOPS & GROUP SESSIONS

These are a simple way to experience the work in a supportive setting.


We explore Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), somatic awareness, and releasing tension held in the system.

Ideal for anyone who wants to begin reconnecting with the body or get a feel for the work before a 1:1 programme.
