The Solution
We are at the beginning of a breathing revolution.
In my work, I combine mind-based coaching with Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), a body-based method designed to help clients restore dynamic functional breathing and create lasting change in the nervous system and in life.
Through guided breathwork, clients are supported in safely accessing deeper layers of their own resilience and integrating those inner resources into everyday life.

How change becomes possible
Lasting change happens through the nervous system. We all have a Window of Tolerance - the zone where emotions can be felt and processed without overwhelm.
Breathwork, combined with bodywork, touch, sound, and movement, helps you work within and gently beyond edges of this window, where deeper patterns can shift and lasting change becomes possible.
My approach is structured around four essential stages:
Safety and Grounding
Each session begins with creating safety and regulation so the nervous system feels supported and ready to approach the edges of the Window of Tolerance.
Subconscious Repatterning
Stress-driven breathing habits, somatic patterns and limiting beliefs are brought into awareness and gently reorganised. This rewires the nervous system and gradually widens the Window of Tolerance.
Altered States of Awareness
Conscious breathwork, often combined with sound, gentle touch, and movement, shifts physiology and opens access to non-ordinary states of awareness. These states allow emotions, memories, and subconscious patterns that are usually out of reach to surface safely within a structured container.
Integration
The experiences and insights that arise in session are anchored through integration. Reflection, embodied breathing practices, and nervous system regulation strategies help expand the Window of Tolerance over time, so resilience, clarity, and adaptability become part of daily life.
