Many people come to this work because they feel overwhelmed, anxious, tense, emotionally flat, disconnected, or caught in the same internal loops. Often the breath feels tight or shallow, the body feels braced, and the mind feels harder to settle than it should, even when nothing particularly “wrong” is happening around them.
You take around 26,000 breaths each day, and if those breaths are restricted or effortful, it places pressure on the whole system. This can make stress feel heavier, emotional reactions feel sharper, and everyday life feel harder than it should.
When breathing becomes easier and more natural, the nervous system settles, the mind becomes clearer, and the body stops operating in a constant state of effort.

SERVICES
1:1 Tailored Programme
A private, structured programme that begins with an in-person assessment of your breathing and nervous system patterns.
We then work together over 4 or 8 weeks, combining hands-on breathwork and coaching to create change at the level of your physiology - where reactions are formed and sustained.
This is for people whose system has been stuck, despite insight or therapy.
Group Breathwork
Guided group sessions offering a calmer, shared way to work with your breath. They give you space to reconnect, settle, and explore this work without pressure. Some people use groups as their main support; others combine them with 1:1 sessions.
THE METHOD
Breathwork
Facilitated Breath Repatterning uses breath, touch and bodywork to release tension and restore a natural breathing pattern. As your breath opens, your system becomes calmer and long-held emotional patterns start to soften.
Coaching
As these patterns emerge, we look at the beliefs and habits underneath them so you can understand what your system has been doing — and begin responding differently in your day-to-day life.

My own periods of anxiety and internal imbalance are what originally brought me to this work. Experiencing how much can change when the breath and body soften reshaped my direction after ten years in corporate real estate, and ultimately defined my purpose: to help people return to a steadier, more grounded version of themselves through a method that works at the level where real change happens.
I’ve completed over 800 hours of specialist training, including more than 150 hours of one-to-one breathwork sessions, which form the foundation of the work I offer today.
